1. How ahead do I need to make the booking?

Booking depends upon your travel date (flight date). It would be better if you book your flight as soon as possible in order to get a flight at the best rates and avoid the non-availability of spaces.

2. What if I am alone? Can I still join the tour?

Yes, you can able to join a group. During the peak season, you can undoubtedly get a group to join. March / April / May / September/ October /November / are the peak season for the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour. In those months we will announce every day fixed departure on our website. If your willing to travel for the next season please kindly contact us for pre-fixed departure dates.

3. Can you arrange the Everest helicopter tour on a sharing basis on a suitable date that I prefer?

We will able to arrange the Everest Base Camp Helicopter tour on your preferred dates all you need to finalize is the type of helicopter service you would like to prefer i:e sharing or charter basis. For a group sharing basis, you need to make the booking procedure 7 days before the flight date in order to ensure the availability of the tour.

4. Which are the most preferred months for the tour?

Spring (March to May) and Autumn (Oct to Dec) are the peak season for the Everest Photography tour. Skies remain clear, favourable weather for the photoshoot with the best views of stunning Himalayas.

5. What kind of clothing do we require for the tour?

As all our helicopter tours will be operated in the morning. For clothing, we recommend having warm clothes with an extra layer of wind stopper and comfortable shoes. Make sure that socks are warm, sunglasses, sunscreen, warm hat are the most needed requirement for the trip.

6. Which helicopter do you use for the tour?

AirBus 350 Series will be used for Everest Photography Tour with a seating capacity of up to 5 Pax.

7. Can 5 people land at once on Kalapatthar?

The Maximum weight limit at Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar is 250 Kg (3 to 4 Pax) in total. There is another region called Pheriche for making two shuttles if the weight excess more than 250 Kgs. After these shuttles 5 people can land at Kalapatthar. Where the Maximum weight limit from Kathmandu to Lukla is 500 kgs (5 Pax) in total.

8. What time is the flight and when do we have to reach the airport?

The flight time will be in between 6:30 to 7:00 am during autumn. In spring the flight time will be between 7:00 am to 8:30 Am depending upon weather conditions and wind on the very same day. you need to be at the airport 1 hour before the flight time.

9. Are airport transfers included?

Yes, we provide airport transfers to all our clients as per their flight times without extra cost. You will be picked up from your hotel as per your flight time and will be dropped back to your hot.
