Mount Manaslu situated in Nepal with an elevation of 8,163 meters, which is the eighth highest mountain in the world. It is located in the Mansiri Himal as part of the Himalayas region. Manaslu is placed as the West-Central part of Nepal.
Mount Manaslu named comes from Sanskrit were combine between “intellect” or “soul” which means “Mountain of the spirit”. Mt. Manaslu is the highest peak in the Gorkha Districts and this is located about 64 kilometers as (40 mi) east of Annapurna. As Manaslu mountain which is surrounded by rock hard icefall which covers a large area at the bottom of the mountain is one of the most exciting places to see.
